Illusions Hair design aims to create a warm and friendly atmosphere for all the family. The salon has a modern attractive design with qualified, trained and attentive staff to cater for all your hairdressing and hairstyling needs.

The traditional service offerings of perms, shampoo’s and sets sits comfortably alongside more modern and cutting edge ranges of styles and colours.

All stylists are qualified and can offer a wide range of advice on all aspects of hairdressing services, styles, colours and retail products.

It is our intention to give our clients a totally positive experience from beginning to end, first time, every time.

Zoe Clark is our main stylist and trained at North Lindsey College between 1997/99 where she qualified as a level 2 NVQ hairdresser; she later went on to complete her NVQ level 3 whilst at the Kieran Mullin salon based at Asda.

Zoe has 13 years salon experience working in Scunthorpe and the surrounding areas, spending the last 6 years at the well respected Novello Hair Design salon in Epworth. Zoe lives locally with her fiancé and Daughter Lacey and plan to get married next year.

Lindsay Brett came to hairdressing in 2008 after starting a family, she gained her NVQ level 2 at North Lindsay College whilst combining this challenge with managing a growing and demanding family. She brings with her knowledge of the latest modern, fashionable colouring and styling techniques. Lindsay also lives locally and has three children; Mollie, Aimee and Andrew.

Gemma Brennan has been involved in hairdressing since she was 15 as a Saturday girl whilst still at school. She qualified in 2006 whilst working at Cre8 Hair before moving onto Vanity Fair and Simply Beauty, Gemma says “my favourite part of hairdressing is colouring and hi-lights and creating new types of weird and wonderful styles”. Gemma is just returning to work after giving birth to her first baby Jake in July 2010.

Leanne Poole is a highly experienced stylist who enjoys all aspects of hairdressing from colouring to put ups. Leanne comes to us from the X’elle Hair Studio where she originally qualified and spent the last 15 years. Leanne loves spending quality time with her partner, Wayne and their 5 year old twins, Bethany and Benjamin. After ten years together Leanne finally made a decent man of him and allowed him to marry her earlier this year J
